Inspiring notes at BOA Digital Technologies

Last Thursday, BOA Digital Technologies had the privilege of hosting a French Horn Quartet from The Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. This remarkable event was coordinated by our dedicated music teacher, Ms. Babalola, as part of her ongoing efforts to introduce students to live music and inspire their creativity.

The quartet delivered an outstanding performance, showcasing a selection of pieces that demonstrated the versatility and beauty of the French horn. Their skillful playing captivated both staff and students, creating an atmosphere filled with inspiration and appreciation for the art of music.

In addition to the performance, the musicians offered a hands-on experience, inviting students to try blowing the French horn for themselves. This interactive segment sparked curiosity and excitement, encouraging students to step out of their comfort zones and explore a new instrument.

The session concluded with a lively Q&A, during which students posed thoughtful and insightful questions about the French horn, its history, and the journey of becoming a professional musician. The genuine interest and engagement from our students were truly heartwarming, and it’s clear that the visit left a lasting impression on many.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to The Royal Birmingham Conservatoire for bringing such an enriching experience to our school. Events like these play a vital role in broadening our students' horizons and nurturing their appreciation for the arts.
