AQA’s tagline says “Maths is for everyone” and this is so important with a qualification that all students have to sit. BOA Digital selected this exam board because of their priority on accessibility.

This Core Maths GCSE consists of three papers, one non-calculator and two calculator exams. Each being 1 hour and 30 minutes, worth 80 marks and 33⅓ %.

Students will study a breadth of mathematics including numbers, algebra, ratio, proportion and rates of change, geometry and measures, probability and statistics.
